'TRANSITION' into Autumn - The Edit

'TRANSITION' into Autumn - The Edit

If your heading into Autumn wondering where the hell summer has gone - join the club. We were sure a viral facebook video told us it was going to be 35 degrees all Summer!!! The UK's summer can be terrifyingly short so we figured you might want a few tips on how to keep on dazzling as the autumn nights draw in, the leaves fall from the trees and all of those  begrudgingly obsessive 'reality shows' start back on TV.

  • Layer Up

Get a couple of those super fluffy  maxi cardies or if you're going for 'sports luxe' look try a long line bomber jacket... clashing prints and colours will always win us over when we get ready in the morning. The 'haven't looked in the mirror look ' is so in right now!

  • Keep on with your maxi dresses and jumpsuits

The nights are still a little warm in the UK and we have our India summer to come in the next few weeks (fingers crossed) so keep  hold of those beautiful maxi dresses  and long legged jumpsuits you have in your wardrobe. Keeps those legs from freezing when you still want to look uber glam!

  • Add tights

We have some gorgeous mini short dresses that if paired with some opaque tights will have you looking #girlboss ready at work every damn day.

  • Statement Jacket

When it comes to the style stakes  a statement jacket has to be on the list. Something that fits with your personal style but you can drop over one of your samba summer dresses or Bambi playsuits when the chill sets in. A leather jacket always looks super hot super cool just resting on your shoulders like you just don't give a damn. #rockstarleopard

If you want some more 'Transition inspiration' we have curated a whole edit of key pieces to take you into those difficult to style Autumn days! Now go kick up a pile of fallen leaves and get on with your day !
