We understand that sometimes your purchase might not be a perfect match, and if a return is on your mind, don't worry - we've got you covered! Below, you'll find all the information you need to create your return:


You need to log your return ( https://returnsportal.co/r/dancingleopard )
within 21 days from the dispatch date.

  • You then have 7 days, from the date your return was logged, to physically return the item(s).
  • You can return your item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Exchange orders will be sent out to you at no additional cost.
  • Please include a hashtag before entering your order number e.g #456789
  • If you're returning an exchange, you'll need to include SW- before your order number e.g SW-456789
  • If you are returning items from different orders, please log and package them separately to avoid any issues or delays with your return request.


  • You have 28 days to send back your return and you will be required to pay for the return postage.

  • Please include a note inside the parcel including your full name, email, order number and items returned.
  • You can return items from different orders in the same package but please include all order details on the note.
  • Use a standard tracked delivery method to send the items back to us and keep your postage receipt until you receive notification of your refund.
  • Clearly label the parcel as 'RETURNS' otherwise the parcel will be subject to further charges upon entry to the UK and will be refused and sent back to you.


  • Your parcel won't include any paperwork. Just make sure you've followed our return instructions and our team will be able to locate your order.
  • Returned items need to be unworn and with all tags attached.

Returns that are late will be issued a credit note up to 45 days from the dispatch date. We will not accept late returns past 45 days.

  • Please be mindful not to transfer any deodorant, make up, tan or perfume onto the item.
  • Swimwear should be tried on over clothing and the protective hygiene strip must not be removed to receive your refund.
  • Any items which fail our quality control checks will be returned to the customer.
  • Received a faulty or incorrect item ? Please let our customer service team know before logging a return and we will aim to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.


Refunds and store credits are processed within 7 working days from receiving your
parcel at our warehouse.

  • Returning for a refund ? There is a £1.99 return charge per order, this amount is deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds can only be issued back onto the original payment method.
  • Your original delivery charge is not refunded unless an item received was faulty, incorrect or delivery was delayed on our next day service.

  • Once your parcel has made its way back to our warehouse, you'll receive an email from us confirming its return, and your exchange will then be dispatched within 7 working days. Please remember that exchanges are subject to availability.


  • If you've chosen to receive your refund in the form of store credit, you'll receive an extra 10% of your return value to spend.
  • Our team will process your store credit within 7 working days of your parcel being received at our
    warehouse and this will be sent via email.
