Social Media Manager
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Ibiza
Status: Full-Time (Open to Part-Time, Freelance, or Contract)
Hours: Can be managed flexibly as long as agreed in advance

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take the lead on all things social — planning, creating, and posting content that feels current, on-brand, and engaging.
You’ll be responsible for managing our social platforms day-to-day, but this is much more than scheduling posts. We need someone who can create the content by editing together content too, whilst packaging up ideas into scroll-stopping moments that connect with our audience. You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead to make sure everything ties into wider campaigns, launches, and key brand moments.
This role comes with occasional travel to Ibiza where you’ll be capturing BTS and social content, supporting with shoots, and helping us bring the energy of the brand to life on the ground.
The role

Creating content from start to finish — briefing, editing, and posting across all key platforms

Planning and owning the social content calendar, aligned with trade, launches, and campaigns

Maintaining a strong visual aesthetic and tone of voice across every touchpoint

Using all the tools and features of each platform to maximise engagement (think Reels, Stories, Lives, etc.)

Keeping an eye on social trends and finding smart, on-brand ways to join the conversation

Working with influencers, creators and the wider community to source and produce relevant content

Tracking performance and using insights to improve and adapt the content strategy
Requirements

At least two years managing social media channels for a fashion brand

Confident content creator, with ability to bring ideas from concept to content

Good eye and great care for aesthetics and detail

Up to speed with what’s trending and what works across different platforms

Comfortable working independently

Flexible and open to travel due to occasional trips to Ibiza are part of the role

Organised, responsive and able to work at a fast pace
