Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail first class service for all our online orders. Your parcel will need to be signed for – so if you happen to be out when the delivery comes you should receive a note through the door asking you to pop to your local delivery depot to collect.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive, in some cases it may arrive quicker than this – once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you need more accurate information about which date your package will arrive please check on the Royal Mail website.

Do you offer next day shipping?

Yes we do – this cost of this is £8 and the cut off time is 3pm. So aslong as we receive your order before 3pm and you choose the next day option at checkout you will receive your order before 1pm the following day (the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for). Please note: We do not ship at the weekends so any next day order placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the Tuesday.

Do you ship outside of the U.K?

Yes we do! For european countries we have a flat rate shipping cost of £9 and for the rest of the world it is £11. You can expect the delivery to take between 7-14 days. If you need your order faster than this please contact customer service and in some cases we can arrange a faster service with another courier – this would incur an extra cost.

Do you accept returns?

Yes of course, if the item/s are not suitable for you please follow the returns procedure (below) and providing we receive the item back within 28 days we will issue you a refund.

What happens if I don't have a printer to print the returns form?

Don't worry – a hand written note is fine. To locate your payment so that we can refund you we will need to know the name you ordered with and your order number and it's helpful to have your email address too incase of any problems.

Do I need to log my order online?

You may have noticed that there is an option to log your return through your account. Currently this system is not working so don't worry – all we need to process your refund is the returned items and the note with your details. You don't need to notify us that you are sending it back. Everything will be done automatically once it is received by us.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show up in your account.

How tall is your model?

She is 5'7 and wears a size XS.

Do you restock sold out products?

It most cases we do, although in some cases we do phase out products to make room for new things (our headquarters is quite small!). If you have a specific request please contact customer services and we can advise you.

I am between sizes – which one should I choose?

For some of our looser fit garments we our sizing runs from S-L , with the following sizing structure

S: UK 8-10
M: UK 12-14
L: UK 16-18

If you are between sizes: for instance if you are a larger 10 you may be confused which size to go for. The chances are that in this case either the small or the medium would fit (don't forget it's a loose style and in the cases of the mini shirts and chiquita dresses it comes with a belt to cinch in the waist). Our advice is to go a size down if you would like the item to be more fitted and go up a size if you prefer a more relaxed fit. We do offer free exchanges should you decide you went for the wrong size!

Do you offer wholesale?
